J.D. Power Reports: Kansas City Airport Ranks Highest in Overall Passenger Satisfaction
Kansas City International Airport has been recognized in the J.D. Power and Associates 2010 North America Airport Satisfaction Study as the number one airport in customer satisfaction for medium sized airports. Security check, which is performed by FirstLine Transportation Security as part of the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Screening Partnership Program (SPP), was recognized as a key factor in passenger satisfaction.
