FirstLine recognized in Report on passenger satisfaction.
Kansas City International Airport (MCI) has been ranked highest by J.D. Power and Associates among medium-size airports in overall passenger satisfaction. The report singled out MCI’s passenger security screening as a contributing factor to its high overall customer satisfaction rating. FirstLine Transportation Security has been pleased to perform passenger and baggage screening at Kansas City International since November of 2002.
