Keith Wolken
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Keith joined SMS in 1991 and quickly rose through the ranks to the Company’s top executive team and to the position of Chief Operating Officer. In addition to serving as COO for SMS Holdings, Wolken has served as President of Service Management Systems and continues to serve as President of FirstLine Transportation Security. He succeeds Company founder, the late William T. Coakley, as CEO. Coakley often attributed much of SMS Holdings growth and success to Wolken. Prior to joining SMS, Keith was involved in retail store management and consumer product sales.
Hiram Cox
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer
Hiram is responsible for all support and administrative functions of the Company. He is a former Chief Financial Officer and executive with several major national corporations and brings to SMS Holdings over 20 years of experience in the transportation industry, an area of significant growth for the Company.
Jim Burnett
Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer
Jim is responsible for government services operations and development efforts at SMS Holdings, including those of FirstLine Transportation Security. Jim also directs the sales, marketing, and communications efforts across all operating companies. Prior to joining SMS, he served over 15 years in sales and sales management with several major national corporations and four years as a Congressional Chief of Staff.
